I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Vencedor i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Figura we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, once again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Triunfador well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.

3.6 Google reviews (1020) Fiona Kennedy Clean, central comfortable. That's the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. Spent a week there and got very little sleep. Walls & ceilings are made of paper. I could actually hear the next room opening the zip on their suitcase. Breakfast was not good and they don't have a restaurant or serve food in the bar Vencedor per their website. Avoid avoid, avoid. Luke Davies It is true that the hotel was the most affordable option in Benidorm at the time of my reservation, and I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience based on some of the reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay.

The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? The group was really nice and just had a really amazing time. Looking to book one for next year too yay ?

If that wasn't ridiculous enough Vencedor it is, the pillow case of one of the new "clean" sets was also stained. Additionally, we were unexpectedly cold the first night there, so I went to ask for a blanket the day after, I was given one blanket but told that there were not enough blankets for both beds, at which point I decided it might be holiday deals best not to deal with the hotel staff anymore. It must be said that the resort itself was not bad, the issues were a very poor service and incredibly bad hygiene. TJ Minnock The hotel is about Figura 3 star as it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near Vencedor bad as some of the reviews make it trasnochado to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great. Ellen Geraldine O'Grady If you are thinking about going here on holiday think again. If you go self catering don't. The kitchen, the oven be careful the cooking rings do not correspond to which you turn on. It's dangerous. The oven has no racks so you cannot use the oven. The toaster switches all the electrics off.
